Call 224-830-4701When you submit the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the description of the problem you type in. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and there are no hidden fields.
If you use our claim reporting tool at forms.nrgconstructionandroofing.com, we also collect the details a claim requires: your insurance carrier, your policy number and claim number if you have them, the type of damage, the date of loss, and any photos you choose to take. Everything past your carrier name is optional — you can submit without it.

NRG Construction & Roofing does not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties, marketing companies, or lead-generation services. We are not a lead broker and we do not buy or resell homeowner contact lists. If you fill out our form, you hear from NRG and nobody else.
If you become a customer, we keep your job records for seven years — we need them to honor the 15-year workmanship warranty and for tax and insurance purposes. If you request an estimate and do not hire us, we delete your submission after 24 months.

This site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Everything you type into the estimate form is encrypted in transit between your browser and our form host, so it cannot be read off the network in between.
Form submissions are delivered to NRG's business email and stored in our hosting provider's secure form dashboard, which is password protected. Access is limited to authorized NRG staff who are working on estimates and jobs.
Claims submitted at forms.nrgconstructionandroofing.com are stored on our hosting provider's servers, encrypted at rest, and a notification is emailed to the same NRG business inbox. Your damage photos are stored the same way and are viewable only through private links that appear in that email — they are never listed publicly or indexed by search engines.
Ask us to delete a claim and we remove the record and every photo attached to it from our servers permanently, within 30 days. Have your reference number handy if you have it — it looks like NRG-4F2A-8C1 and appears on the confirmation screen when you submit. Photos you upload but never submit are deleted automatically after seven days.
NRG collects homeowner information in exactly two places: the estimate form on this page, and our claim reporting tool at forms.nrgconstructionandroofing.com. Both are ours. Anything else claiming to be an NRG form is not.
NRG will never request payment information, credit card or bank account numbers, or your Social Security number — not on this website, not in the claims tool, and not over email. Our claims tool does ask for your insurance policy and claim numbers, because your carrier requires them to open a file; it is optional and you can leave it blank and give it to us by phone instead. If any page asks you for payment details or a Social Security number, it is not us. Close it and call 224-830-4701.
Post-storm roofing fraud is common in Northern Illinois, and it costs homeowners real money. NRG does not solicit payment by wire transfer, gift card, payment app, or cash up front before work begins. We do not knock on doors after a hailstorm demanding a signature that day.
If you get a call, text, or invoice claiming to be from NRG and it feels off, do not pay it. Call 224-830-4701 and confirm with us directly first.
